The Services connect customers with local businesses for instant bookings in categories such as food, beauty, fitness, fix & repair, and kids’ activities (e.g., soft play, sports classes, dance, hobby centres). We act as a platform facilitating direct bookings and payments between customers and businesses, with zero commission taken by Pushd.

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

- Business Listings: For business owners: business name, address, description, availability slots, deals/offers, photos.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, and interaction with the App.
- Location Data: Precise geolocation (if you consent via device settings) to show nearby businesses or availability. We may also infer approximate location from IP address.
